No refunds; exchange or in store credit only
Items must be returned in its original state; items will not be accepted if they are used, broken, washed, worn, have an odor, stretched or have stains
Initiate a return by clicking on "Contact Us" and explain the reason for return *Make sure to include correct contact information, date of purchase, invoice number, SKU number or description of the item and reason for return
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date (date on invoice)
Exchanges/ store credit should be finalized within 3-4 business days of Whispering Willow receiving the item
